– Surcharge for being accommodated in a single room                        150 €

(not available for participants paying the student fee)

– Transfer from/to the Budapest airport                                                      30 € (per ride)

– Wine tasting evening (dinner included)                                                   50 €

The fee for regular participants includes:

• Participation at the lectures and poster session
• Coffee breaks and conference materials
• Welcome reception and conference dinner
• Lunches
• Accomodation with breakfast in double room in Hotel Eger (****)

The fee for student participants includes:

• Participation at the lectures and poster session
• Coffee breaks and conference materials
• Welcome reception and conference dinner
• Lunches
• Accomodation without breakfast in student dormitory or similar accommodation

The fee for accompanying persons includes:

• Welcome reception and conference dinner
• Lunches
• Accomodation with breakfast in double room in Hotel Eger (****)
• Participation at the accompanying person sightseeing programs

The fee does not include:

• Travel expenses

 Payment should be made in EURO, and has to be received before 31 March 2022 (for early registration) or before the starting of the conference on 6 June 2022 (for late registration), by wire transfer:
